Requesting brazoslink support via Remote Desktop Connection
Click the Start menu, right-click on My Computer, and select Properties:
Click the Remote tab, enable the Remote Assistance and Remote Desktop options, and click OK:
Click the Start menu, and select Help and Support:
Locate the Ask for assistance area, and Invite a friend to connect to your computer with Remote Assistance:
Select Invite someone to help you:
You can use the Windows Messenger or e-mail option to send your remote assistance request to brazoslink support:
